The Reborn-Art Festival (hereinafter “the corporation”) sets the following Privacy Policy and declare to construct a system of personal information protection, strictly manage under the Privacy Policy of the corporation, and handle appropriately.

Regarding acquisition of personal information
Usage of personal information collected by the corporation will be limited to the necessary extent for activities of the corporation and the “Kojika” managed by the corporation, as well as for using services managed by the corporation.
Acquisition of personal information
The corporation will acquire personal information directly from the person through means of telephone, text, business card, spoken words, internet etc.
Usage content of acquired personal information

The usage content of personal information acquired by the corporation are set as a general rule as follows.

  • Registration for Kojika / enrollment for activities
    ・Taking out volunteer insurance policy / adjusting Kojika activities / managing activity records
  • Distribution of news from the corporation
    ・Distribution of Reborn-Art Festival mail magazine, etc.
  • Other contacts (There are cases of being contacted through email / telephone / letter when it is determined necessary by the corporation)

For cases of using personal information other than the purposes listed above, the purpose, usage extent will be clarified and obtained acceptance beforehand of the usage.

Disclosure / Correction / Disposal of personal information
In terms of receiving inquiries for confirmation, alteration, disposal of registered information, or unsubscribing mail magazine, etc. we will devote sincerity to handle in a reasonable extent upon making appropriate identification confirmation.

Regarding the provision of personal information to a third party

Supervision of outsourcing company
Personal information acquired by the corporation is managed by the corporation and outsourcing company making a contract with the corporation. The oursourcing company will be appropriately managed and supervised to have personal information managed safely.
Providing personal information

The corporation, excluding the cases specified below, will not provide personal information to third parties without the approval by the person beforehand. Providing personal information to third parties will be limited to minimum amount necessary, and demand third parties to manage appropriately following laws as in the case with the corporation.

  • In the case of commissioning the supervision of Kojika’s activities to an agent other than an official from the corporation

    Cases in which the handling of personal information is based on laws and regulations
    Cases in which the handling of personal information is necessary for the protection of the life, body, or property of an individual and in which it is difficult to obtain the consent of the person
    Cases in which the handling of personal information is specially necessary for improving public health or promoting the sound growth of children and in which it is difficult to obtain the consent of the person
    Cases in which the handling of personal information is necessary for cooperating with a state organ, a local government, or an individual or a business operator entrusted by either of the former two in executing the affairs prescribed by laws and regulations and in which obtaining the consent of the person is likely to impede the execution of the affairs concerned
  • In the case of secretariat staff being unable to accompany the work production of the art festival

    The list of participants with emergency contact information will be entrusted to the supervisor of production site, staff of production company, artist, or representative of the Kojika.
    (The list of participants will be prohibited from making copies, and be collected / discarded by the secretariat after activities are finished.

Safety Management of personal information

Possession of accurate personal information
The corporation will take necessary and appropriate measures necessary in order to maintain accuracy and currency of personal information, manage safely, and prevent loss, alteration, disclosure of personal information.
Safety Control Measures
The corporation will strictly handle personal information at all times and make effort for the prevention / safety measures against unauthorized access, loss, dismantlement, alteration, leak, etc.
Education / Supervision of staff
When making officials handle personal information, the corporation will conduct continuous education and appropriate supervision of officials in order to ensure safety management of personal information.
Continuous effort toward protection of personal information
The corporation will continuously review and make effort to improve the management and effort toward protection of personal information. Changes made for Privacy Policy would be announced on the website of the corporation.
